Gaming giants should be forced to provide “self-exclusion” for addicts to take time out, says Royal College of Psychiatrists

In evidence to the Commons culture committee, Dr Henrietta Bowden-Jones, one of UK’s top experts on addiction, said such “self-exclusions” had successfully helped wean gamblers off their addiction by giving them months of enforced time away from betting.
